Review of Ocean Business 2007
The ocean technology training and procurement forum

Chelsea Technologies Group was delighted to take part in the inaugural Ocean Business technology training and procurement forum at the National Oceanography Centre, Southampton (27 – 29 March 2007). The event was covered by Marine BizTV - click to see a fantastic short film covering the event.  

Free Classroom Programmes:
Chelsea held three free 1-hour classroom sessions at Ocean Business. The sessions covered CTG's range of towed undulating vehicles, the new FAST^tracka II- Fast Repetition Rate Fluorimeter and the AquaLine FerryBox System. They were all well attended and generated lively discussion afterwards.  If you couldn't make these presentation and wish to obtain a copy of the PowerPoint presentations, please email Ellen Keegan.

At sea demonstration of Nu-shuttle on board RV Callista 
Twenty-four delegates from as far away as Russia, Spain, Italy and The Netherlands joined Justin Dunning and his team onboard RV Callista for a demonstration of the capabilities of the Nu-Shuttle towed undulating vehicle. Delegates acquired first hand knowledge of deployment at sea and real-time data gathering and post processing.
