Hydrophones for nuclear facility monitoring

nuclear power acoustic monitoring

Leading radiation detection company, Mirion Technologies has been using a number of CTG  HydroSense hydrophones for monitoring of machine noise within nuclear facilities.
These hydrophones are integrated into a Mirion Technologies’ system which also includes cameras and microphones for nuclear facility monitoring. The specific Hydrosense model chosen gives the required sensitivity within a small self-contained package and provides an easy interface for system integration.
The Hydrosense range of hydrophones from CTG all include integral pre-amplifiers, providing excellent receive sensitivity across a wide frequency band, with low noise performance.
